As a multi-property homeowner and 20 year construction management professional, I know how important it is to have reliable and knowledgeable professionals looking out for your interest. I also understand clients nuances, confidentiality and security. Whether I am managing a $200 Million commercial project or clients' home, I bring the same attention to detail and organizational solutions. Customer Service & safeguarding your home is my top priority in customizing an approach to meet your needs. One size does not fit all when it comes to lifestyle or investments.
Lake Las Vegas is a wonderful community with lots to offer, but it is evident that many homes are not occupied, with new neighbors moving in all the time. We are not Real Estate Professionals involved in leasing or selling of homes to be clear, just a local neighborly service providing peace of mind.
During my 18 years in the Construction Industry, starting in Las Vegas, I have managed contractors and facilities developing strong partnerships with optimal results. My strong safety background and program management focused my awareness to detail and prevention of incidents. Opportunities evolved to grow my experience in all facets of construction from structural to mechanical and electrical. Working with Data Center Mission Critical clients to manage sites all over the country and guiding up 700 workers on site daily provided me with excellent attention to property security and logistics. I am very savvy when it comes to technology systems and solutions to assist in transparency when you are away.
